commercial facilities and private homes. Making matters worse, recent research finds that roaches are a source of potent, pervasive, and persistent allergens. Cockroach problems increased dramatically over the past twenty years and now are a major health concern. By getting rid of roaches and cleaning up there debris, which contains the allergens, we can attack the roach population using a true Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach.

We will eliminate your roach population using a labor-intensive, aggressive and precision targeted IPM strategy. It requires cooperation from the customer to maintain a sanitary environment.

Our Approach

First, we will come into your facility and do a thorough inspection to learn where your roaches are harboring. What sets The Pest Expert apart from other pest control companies is our second and most important step. We use a vacuum system on all cracks, crevices and voids to attack your roach population using a true IPM system. Next, we will flush the roaches by utilizing crack and crevice pest management tools. The next step will be to apply roach dust into voids and cracks to disrupt where the roaches are living. Once the roaches are flushed out, we will vacuum again to eradicate the vermin and eggs. We will apply residual sprays and use a fogging tool to find any existing roaches in your kitchen. Additionally, we will apply gel baits. The final step will be to set up a roach monitoring system to help us to find any remaining roach population as an extra inspection tool. There is no other pest control company that uses such an extreme IPM system anywhere else. We guarantee to control the roach population or we will come back in-between services to do extra work at no additional cost. We recommend at least twice per month service to monitor the roach population.

Shared Responsibility

Effective roach control requires a division of responsibility between the pest control contractor and the customer. The Pest Expert will thoroughly inspect your facility ongoing to determine roach harborage's entry points and food and water resources. We will use safe and effective treatments to get rid of the roaches, and provide ongoing monitoring. The customer must maintain good housekeeping practices that support the pest control efforts of The Pest Expert.
